| Shipping Policies |
| FaucetDirect.com does its best to make sure that our customers receive their products in the most timely and inexpensive way possible. In stock orders placed with FaucetDirect.com before 12:00pm PST (noon) usually ship out on the same business day. This does not include orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, as orders placed over the weekend or on major holidays will be shipped the next business day. When necessary we will reserve the right to ship orders placed standard ground within 24-48 hours of the order. |
| Shipping Backorders |
| We proudly boast excellent fill rates for our orders, but occasionally we must backorder or source inventory from multiple warehouses. This means your different parts of your order can come from various locations around the country. If you order more than one item, we will make every effort to send available items together. In the event only some of the items in your order are available at a single location, we reserve the right to ship you multiple packages from multiple warehouses. If we elect to break your order into multiple packages, you will not incur any additional freight charges. In the unlikely event we are unable to ship your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock we have and backorder the items which we were unable to ship. You will be notified via e-mail of the estimated delivery date for your backordered items. You will not be charged any additional freight charges for items that were backordered. |
| Weekend Delivery |
| All delivery estimates do not include Saturdays and Sundays. If you would like to request delivery on Saturday you must make a special request by calling our toll free number during normal business hours. All weekend delivery requests must be made before 12:00pm PST to be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply. Sunday delivery is not available. |
| Freight Damage and Loss |
| FaucetDirect.com uses UPS (United Parcel Service
- www.ups.com) as it's primary
shipping carrier. UPS reserves the right to either leave a package or request
a signature at the delivery driver's discretion. If you require either a
"Signature Only" or "No Signature Required" (drop-off)
delivery, please contact our customer service during normal business hours,
and we would be happy to make those adjustments to your order (additional
fees may apply). UPS - If you have received a package or shipment that has been freight damage, with either evidence of excessive damage to the shipping box or obvious tampering, please contact FaucetDirect.com within 48 hours. Freight claims requested after this time will result in denial as UPS has a strict time policy concerning damage claims. On rare occasions, UPS may lose or mis-route a package. If this does occur, please contact our Customer Service department and we can have the package traced, or send a replacement if the package was lost. Freight - Occasionally, FaucetDirect.com will ship by alternate means, usually by a Freight Carrier (LTL). Freight Carrier shipments are usually for items that cannot be shipped by UPS or for larger orders. Residential Deliveries are scheduled by the carrier a day before delivery. Before accepting your delivery, you are required to inspect each and every item for damage and/or missing items. If there is any noticeable damage you must refuse delivery of the item(s). Accepting delivery of the item(s) is your acknowledgement that the item(s) were received in 100% usable condition and that you have received every item. Once an order is delivered and accepted, the return options for that order become extremely limited. Any damages or missing items that were not noted at delivery must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the item(s) or the freight company will automatically deny any and all claims and the item(s) will not be eligible for a return. |
| Alaska and Hawaii |
| Currently FaucetDirect.com can only provide flat rate shipping costs to addresses within
the continental United States through its automated tool. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged UPS Next Day Air rates but will be delivered via UPS UPS Second Day Air Service. If you are shipping something to Hawaii or Alaska either select the UPS Next Day Air shipping option and place the order online yourself or call (800) 864-2555 if you are uncertain. In some cases additional charges may apply. We reserve the right to hold an order placed online until we have customer approval for additional shipping charges. |

| FaucetDirect.com uses a third party freight forwarding service. All customs and duties are guaranteed by the service provider. There will be no additional costs associated with receipt of goods. Simply select "International Checkout" at the Checkout page to calculate your international shipping rates.
