industry whose corporate name is Improvement Direct Inc.
Why did my product arrive in a box from a
manufacturer other than the one I ordered?
In our efforts to preserve the environment, FaucetDirect.com reuses boxes whenever we can for exterior shipping protection.
However, please be assured that your products are still manufacturer direct,
in their original manufacturer boxes inside the reused exterior packaging.
I do not have a credit card, can I make a
purchase?
Yes you can. FaucetDirect.com accepts personal checks, money orders, certified checks,
and BillMeLater(TM). Orders made with personal checks will be processed
once the check clears the bank (approximately one week after the check
is received). Orders paid with guaranteed funds, such as money orders
and certified checks, will be processed immediately upon receipt.
To place a non-credit card order, add the items you wish to purchase to
your online cart and print out the full cart. Include your billing and
shipping address (physical address needed for shipping) and a phone and/or
email for order contact. Make your form or payment out to "Improvement
